Like Red, I was deeply touched by your story. Since leaving Pentecostalism I have [as have we all] had to deconstruction our pneumatology [doctrine of the Holy Spirit] ever before we could reconstruct it to be something even remotely biblical. One thing is for sure I personally reject out of hand their entire teaching on the subject. I do believe in the gifts – I do believe in tongues but certainly not in the way that the Pentecostals present it. Your forum discussion has pricked my conscience and convinced me that this is a subject that I should write about. It has been on my mind for a while and I will write it in the next few days [all other things permitting] In the meantime live in the certain knowledge that He is the GIVER of life - agape Paul Anderosn-Walsh

I’ve listened to some of your messages and what really resonates is a true freedom in Christ and the love you have for His family. It’s almost like it’s a burning desire to re-introduce us to God. The way it should have been done. We have all been through heck on our road to meet God. Sadly it’s been by way of a legalistic painful route in what I’m sure most of us have believed and falsely trusted to be the right way. Sad really but we are on the wise road now. It feels good.
