		<title>G.I.A.N.T. Steps</title>
		<link>http://www.thegraceproject.com/content/view/829/</link>
		<description>

Some time ago I posted a blog asking people to let me know the things they were interested in discussing in respect of making the transition from law to grace. I was delighted with the response. G.I.A.N.T. Steps (Grace In A Nutshell Talks) is the output of that survey. In this new series we will be looking at some of the foundational principles of the Christian life. The series begins next month with Step One which will look at evangelism, giving, faith and worship.

So again if you find yourself in or around East London area on a Sunday morning why don&amp;rsquo;t you visit us at the take the opportunity to come pay us a visit? I think you&amp;rsquo;ll find a refreshing brand of church that might just cause you to want to make it home. Grace East is The Grace Project&amp;rsquo;s church in London. You&amp;rsquo;ll find a rich and renewing blend of welcome, worship, word and welfare.

		<title> The Apprentice </title>
		<link>http://www.thegraceproject.com/content/view/798/88888939/</link>
		<description>Exert from Chapter 1: When I Was A Child

I well remember the day I decided to go back and visit my Primary School. I cannot remember what occasioned the visit but the impression etched in my mind that day somehow seemed to fit neatly as I searched for a context into which to set forth this chapter.

Just before popping in to say hello to the Headmaster, I thought I would use the bathroom. However, when I reached the bathroom, the very same one I had used during my time as a pupil at St George&amp;rsquo;s R.C., I have to tell you that I was shocked by what I saw. The toilet had shrunk!

I could not quite believe it. Since I had left, they had miniaturised the toilets! How on earth was anybody supposed to use them? Eventually, when I saw my old Form Mistress, Miss Lovell (a dear lady if ever there was one), I noticed that they had done the same thing to the desks in her classroom! I just could not believe it! It was most disorientating. My school had become a doll&amp;rsquo;s house! Now, of course, the desks and the toilet were the same size as they had always been. The fixtures and fittings had not shrunk. I had grown and now, everything was too small for me.

		<title>Book Review - The Apprentice - By Jaymz Sparrow </title>
		<link>http://www.thegraceproject.com/content/view/812/88888939/</link>
		<description>I am bold enough to assert that any queries as to where the message of God&amp;rsquo;s grace is leading us are going to be shattered by this, the third literary production of Paul Anderson-Walsh. Far from the clinical precision of his first work &amp;ldquo;The Bonsai Conspiracy&amp;rdquo;, his new work &amp;ldquo;The Apprentice&amp;rdquo; will catapult you from the child like truths of grace that were so beautifully expressed in &amp;ldquo;Safe and Sound&amp;rdquo; (his second publication and first in the series &amp;ldquo;Until Christ is formed&amp;rdquo;), deep into the mystery of union.

Here we see a new side to Paul Anderson-Walsh, his vulnerable side. To borrow his own illustration, Paul has thrown a proverbial rock through the tinted hidden pain of his own Johari window , and invited the reader to take a peek into his very soul. Through painful introspection Paul will take the apprentice on a journey towards healing and wholeness, taking time on the way to coax the very life of Christ from the spiritual teenager, who at times may be overcome with angst.

The text itself flows with a personal touch that engenders the reader with the impression that they may just have received an instructional epistle from the greatest (or even the least) of the apostles. Paul&amp;rsquo;s ability to draw the reader into the mystery of Christ is juxtaposed by his ability to dramatiSe biblical accounts with an incredibly effective contemporary style. The account of Adam&amp;rsquo;s transformation from saint to sinner in the garden is nothing short of genius.
