The Spirit of God whets our appetite by giving us a taste of what's ahead. He puts a little of heaven in our hearts so that we'll never settle for less. That's why we live with such good cheer. You won't see us drooping our heads or dragging our feet! Cramped conditions here don't get us down. They only remind us of the spacious living conditions ahead. It's what we trust in but don't yet see that keeps us going. (2 Corinthians 5:5-7 MSG)
Faith is a means of seeing. "for we walk by faith, not by sight;" (2 Corinthians 5:7 MKJV),
Everything in the physical(seen) realm, began life in the Spiritual(unseen) realm. The unseen gave birth to the seen. The parent realm is therefore more real than the one it gave birth to.
1. "By faith we understand that the ages were framed by a word of God, so that the things being seen not to have come into being out of the things that appear."
(Hebrews 11:3 MKJV)
2. "we not considering the things which are seen, but the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are not lasting, but the things which are not seen are everlasting." (2 Corinthians 4:18 MKJV)
The Word tells us all that God has already prepared in the Spirit realm
1. "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenlies in Christ;" (Ephesians 1:3 MKJV)
2. "Grace and peace be multiplied to you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, according as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who has called us to glory and virtue, through which He has given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, so that by these you might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust." (2 Peter 1:2-4 MKJV)
Faith gives you an advance preview of the physical reality, by seeing in the spiritual realm, what God has already prepared,
1. "But as it is written, "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard," nor has it entered into the heart of man, "the things which God has prepared for those who love Him." But God has revealed them to us by His Spirit;..so that we might know the things that are freely given to us by God." (1 Corinthians 2:9-12 MKJV)
2. "By faith Noah, having been warned by God of things not yet seen, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith." (Hebrews 11:7 MKJV)
Meditate on the Word, till your eyes of faith can see it. You can then begin to speak and act in line with it and thereby provide the catalyst for it to manifest in the physical realm.
1. "And now I am in the world no longer, but these are in the world, and I come to You, Holy Father. Keep them in Your name, those whom You have given Me, so that they may be one as We are." (John 17:11 MKJV)
2. "For we, having the same spirit of faith (according as it is written, "I believed, and therefore I have spoken"); we also believed and therefore speak, knowing that He who raised up the Lord Jesus shall also raise us up by Jesus, and shall present us with you." (2 Corinthians 4:13-14 MKJV)
3. "By faith Abraham, being tested, offered up Isaac. And he who had received the promises offered up his only-begotten son, of whom it was said that in Isaac your Seed shall be called, concluding that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead, from where he even received him, in a figure." (Hebrews 11:17-19 MKJV)
So then we see that "Faith makes us sure of what we hope for(because we have seen it already in it's original state) and gives us proof of what we cannot see(with our physical eyes)." (Hebrews 11:1 CEV). That is why we can "..calls the things which do not exist(in the physical realm) as though they do exist(because they are a reality in the spirit realm)." (Romans 4:17 MKJV) (words in bracket are mine)
