From Fear to Faith New Series PDF Print E-mail
Written by Paul Anderson-Walsh

There can be few statements that more accurately capture the essence of our message than the title of our new teaching series, ‘From Fear to Faith’.

If there is one word that is the signature of religion it is ‘fear’. F.E.A.R. [False Evidence Appearing Real] is able to flourish in the church today because we have embraced what I am bold enough to call a demonic view of God. God is good, not bad and he is good because he is love and love is good.

The message of God’s unconditional love and acceptance is the only antidote to fear. As the apostle John put it, “perfect love casts out fear, because fear has to do with punishment and he who fears cannot be perfected in love.” 1 Jn 4:18

In this new series for Grace London Paul Anderson-Walsh and Dean Fearon will explore the subject of freedom from fear through the lens of 1 John 4.   Join us on Sundays at 11.00 am
