Paul is able to draw on more than 20 years of experience in one-to-one coaching, training and personal development and maintains an interest in corporate life in his role as one of Lamoon Business Solutions senior consultants. In that role, Paul specializes in mentoring, especially one-to-one coaching, for members of management who are being asked to assume expanded leadership responsibilities for which they have no formal training. He greatly enjoys working with managers, helping them to become leaders, that is, to become people of influence - executives that are able to not merely make their subordinates "do" their jobs but rather, to inspire them to do their jobs BETTER. His clients include Disney and Sir Robert McAlpine. Paul's background is rooted in the sales industry, having worked for the Merchant Banker J Henry Schroder Wagg's retail arm, Schroder Financial Management. During this period, Paul was also appointed Financial Advisor to both the Downs Syndrome Association and to SCAR (Sickle Cell Anaemia Relief) of which he is now Vice Chairman. Before pursuing a vocational life, Paul founded a consultancy practice specifically tailored to address the needs of professional sports people. He has been privileged to be the advisor to numerous associations and individuals. Paul was the founding Partner of the London firm known as Partners In Sport & Entertainment.
